Problem during creation of a new user account on graylog Authentication Management dashboard

I have problem during creation of a new user account on graylog Authentication Management dashboard.
When i try to create a new user i obtain the result that i have two user with the same name ad it’s impossible to edit the account settings or to login whit user and password setted during the creation. it’s only possible to delete the two user account
when i try to edit the two user with the same name i recive an error like this :

Could not load user ****

Loading user failed with status: Error: cannot GET http://****:9000/api/users/ (500)
i have installed the virtual appliance Graylog v2.2.3+7adc951

I have the same problem on a new installation of graylog
I have import on Virtualbox a clean virtual machine from graylog-2.4.5-1.ova image
My first step after impotation was be to logon o WebGui and create a new User Account from System/Authentication - Authentication Management
I have tried to create first time a User with only Reader privilege,second time a User with Admin privilege, but in all cases i had the same resul, two twins User Account without the possibility of editing their settings, without the possibility of use their credentials for to logon to the WebGui
Same error message, i can only delete the twins User Account
Can someone help me ?
