Plain Text UDP works but not Syslog UDP

Hi there, I just installed OVA 3.0 and when i tried to use imputs Syslog UDP it does not comes any log, if I changed to plain text UDP it works without problem, any Idea how can I fix it?

from the given information - what is very minimal - I would suggest - fix the sending source to send valid syslog.

Thanks Jan for answer, before we have the OVA2.5 and it works…so no idea why it does not work now…
