I am new to Graylog, I am installing graylog 2 on centos 7, and I can access graylog by web but when click in search tab it showing for

First, you should install the latest stable version of Graylog. Graylog 2.0.3 was released almost 2 years ago.
The latest stable version is Graylog 2.4.3.

Second, please check the logs of your Graylog and Elasticsearch nodes and post the complete configuration of Graylog and Elasticsearch.

You can configure your Cisco appliances to send their logs via Syslog to Graylog.
