Following the yaml files and setup the input via web interface by port-forward. I am able to create the input with bind address 0.0.0.0 port 12201 but whenever i try to curl that ip or if i try to send gelf http message it is never received by the input. What else do i need to configure?

yes, i was able to get it working! the next thing i am working on is to make it have persistent storage in k8s
