Syncing users from AD to graylog

Hi,
we have a working AD connection in out graylog 5.2.4. The users are synced to graylog upon their first login. That is running just fine. We have also an external system holding information, which streams have to be shared with the users. (omada) These shares have to be configured manually then.

The problem is, that we frequently have new users and therefore requests from omada to share streams, but the new users have not been synced from AD to graylog because they have not yet logged in.

Is there a possibility for the admin to tell graylog to fetch a user from AD so that streams could be shared?
