Allow non-admin users to search in all available streams at the same time

Hello everybody,

how to enable non admin users to search in all of the streams they have access to at the same time instead of having to search in each stream separately?
I was checking this idea : https://graylog.ideas.aha.io/ideas/GL2E-I-242 and it says this feature was already implemented in Graylog v2.2. How to configure this behavior?

The feature hasn’t been implemented yet (as of Graylog 2.4.5).
