Search bar not visible for non-admin users

Hi

Search menu not visible when I log in through the Non-Admin user. I want Non-Admin users should be able to search the logs data. Can you please help me.

Graylog Version - 2.4
Elasticsearch Version - 5.6

non admin user need to have access to streams where log data is seperated. The search on all messages is only possible with a custom role.
