Server has 2 IPs & no received messages on input

Dears,

appreciate your support with the below case as my inputs doesn’t receive any messages noting that ,y graylog server has 1 service IP (10.39.5.2) for syslog (UDP port 514) communications with network devices & another 1 management IP (10.39.6.2) for accessing the server through SSH & web port 9000

with a little more verbose Information on your Setup, the configuration of Graylog somebody might be able to help you - but with the provided information that is nearly impossible.
