Server error 500 cannot POST

Recently i have installed graylog graylog under a subnetwork with a server-gateway , and when i try to log in with the default user i v got error 500 cannot post on 192.168.1.3:9000

the subnetwork is 192.168.1.0
and the server forwarding the connexion on this network

i have the same issue on localhost
note i m on debian stretch
what is wrong please ?
