Reports not being created / Enterprise

Hello Community-
Second issue when trying to setup reports feature- I am hoping this is a simple problem.
Does anyone know where selenium/headless chrome/graylog attempts to create the default profile directory?
I get this error:
selenium.WebDriverException: unknown error: cannot create default profile directory

Installed enterprise plugin using DEB on ubuntu, single node.
