No data nodes have been found on the Graylog Initial Setup

1. Describe your incident:

I want to install Graylog Open with Core Deployment. I have already installed all applications. VM1 (10.22.8.192) has mongodb and graylog, and VM2 (10.22.8.219) has Graylog Data Note. Now, no Graylog Data Note can be found on the configuration page. I can’t find any errors in the configuration or in the logs.

2. Describe your environment:

  • OS Information: Ubuntu 24.04

  • Package Version:Graylog 7.0

  • Service logs, configurations, and environment variables:
    datanode.conf
    datanode.log

3. How can the community help?

Can someone take a look at what I might have done wrong or overlooked?

Can you please post a screenshot of the configuration page? Do you mean the preflight interface, where you configure datanodes?
