Looking for RabbitMQ Output Plugin which supports SSL

ive found the Rabbitmq Output Plugin but it seemed to me that it is not supporting SSL. Does someone know a Plugin which supports SSL ?

I did a quick look and could not find anything on using SSL. Perhaps post message to the creator on Github? or here under the Market place plugin.
