I cannot longer access the graylog web interface

1. Describe your incident:
Graylog web interface is no longer accessible, server is listening on port 9000, gralog-server.service is running and so mongodb

2. Describe your environment:

  • OS Information: Ubuntu 22.04

  • Package Version: Graylog 6.1

  • Service logs, configurations, and environment variables:
    I see these message on server.log

3. What steps have you already taken to try and solve the problem?
Restarted the server didn’t help. I try to find post with some help but nothing seems to match my issue.
