How to send Payara logs from Linux host

Currently we are migrating our Payara server from windows to Linux and now we want send payara log in Graylog from Linux hosts.
Windows we are using Graylog collector to collect the logs with GELF appender and sending logs to Graylog but in Linux, I am not able to figure it out.

eg. use sidecar with nxlog or filebeat
