Hello, i run another new (attempt to make the switch from my old instance) graylog instance using docker, i added port 1514, 3028, 12301-12302 to the compose file (just like my old instance) but i only receive message to 3028 and not the others despite creating and running inputs on each port ! i kinda lost about it

this looks like a local docker issue on your system and not a graylog issue.
maybe I did not get your questions - then you should reword this.
