Graylog Slack integraton

I’m trying to get Graylog to send slack notifications but I keep getting this error when I do the test

To try and fix the issue, I downloaded and installed the Slack plugin but I still get the same error.
I get the same error if I try sending a teams message, it says Name or service not known.

I can’t see any errors in server.log and google didn’t provide any answers either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix my issue? Thanks.

Could it be that your Graylog server does not have access to Slack via the internet, or inability to use DNS? That error looks like a DNS issue to me.

Thanks for the reply faen. You were right, greylog did not have a proxy server configured. It’s now working.
