Slack integration not working

Hi I need help!! Installed and configured graylog server successfully, I am trying to set slack notification using the plugin https://github.com/graylog-labs/graylog-plugin-slack,
But after configuring when I hit test I get 500. Here are the console log

greylogserver version: Graylog 2.3.2
Plugin: version # 3.0.0

There is nothing in graylog server logs .

Please open a bug report at https://github.com/graylog-labs/graylog-plugin-slack/issues and include as much information as possible, such as the configuration of the Slack alarm callback you’re using, the logs of your Graylog node(s), and the contents of the JavaScript console of your browser.
