ERROR - Could not send message to Slack

Hi All

Sometimes I am getting ERROR [OutputBufferProcessor] in my graylog master node logs. Here is the complete error log:

Graylog Version - 2.4
Elasticsearch Version - 5.6

Please help me in this.

404 not found… Is your slack incoming webhook responding to a test POST?
