Email Alert Callback Template result.triggeredAt - Set TimeZone

Hi,

I am using the Email Alert Callback plugin.
The ${check_result.triggeredAt} shows the timestamp of the message in UTC.
Is there any way we could specify / convert this value into another timezone like UTC+2.5 in the email template itself.

Displaying timestamps with a different timezone is currently not supported in the email templates.
