Change password of local user

Hi,
I created a local Graylog User and added it to a team, the role is Reader.
Then I sent the credentials to the user and told him to change his default password with “Edit Profile” → “Edit User”.
But there is no dialog or something like that. Is this a bug or a feature?
Do I have to give him the rights to do this?

Graylog Version is 4.0.5.
