Blank page when accessing graylog

1. Describe your incident:
Suddenly we have blank page during accessing graylog.

The previous issue has been solved on here

But now the indication seems different. I found below log,

2022-09-21T17:44:55.677+08:00 INFO [SystemJobManager] SystemJob <0c8a92d0-3992-11ed-bdb6-000c2969c5d6> [org.graylog.plugins.archive.job.ArchiveCreateSystemJob] finished in 0ms.

It mentioning “…no valid license”.
For your information, I use enterprise license for the graylog.

2. Describe your environment:

  • OS Information:
    DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION=“Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS”

  • Package Version:
    graylog-4.0-repository/now 1-2 all [installed,local]
    graylog-enterprise/stable,now 4.2.7-1 all [installed,upgradable to: 4.2.13-1]

Please advise how to solve this issue. Thank you.

Looks like an issue with a plugin you are using or the data coming to a plugin? do you have anything other than a default install?

Thank you for your response. below the plugin list on the server,

I would pull out the telegram-alert plugin and restart Graylog - there may be compatibility issues with it…

But we use the telegram alert on this graylog. Once it deleted, the features will not working yes?

It could be a setting that is having an issue. Take it out temporarily and see if that fixes your issue, we can work from there.
