What is the repercussions of SSPL license on building Cloud based SaaS Platform

Hello Everyone,

We are planning to build SaaS solution, hosted on Cloud.
We have shortlisted Graylog open to use for logs monitoring.
As per the available information, Graylog open is SSPL license.
We would like to know, what it restricts and what is allows?
Does SSPL license asked to make our functional source code to be available to the end customer?
