Our organization is starting efforts to move from Oracle Java to OpenJDK.
What is the highest supported version of OpenJDK? The docs indicate installation of OpenJDK 8- is there a timeline for adoption of later versions of Java?
no timeline is given - yet. If we know how we like to handle that in the future, we will communicate that. Currently we only know that this is one of the next decisions that needs to be made.
