Is there any thought/plans to change the current colors of the web interface? Or providing an easier way to customize at least some of them?
I have several users complaining about the blue on white text for the message text (it being hard to read because of the contrast).

yes it is on our plate - but we have no fixed date for the release of that.
Do you have a github issue where you are tracking this?
