Updated to 4.2.1 but still indication of 4.2.0 (resolved)

Description of your problem

On our test environment we updated to Graylog 4.2.1 but graylog is still stating the same 4.2.0 version.

After the update and restart of (systemctl restart graylog-server.service) graylog-server:
Graylog 4.2.0+5adccc3

Before the update:
Graylog 4.2.0+5adccc3

Description of steps you’ve taken to attempt to solve the issue

systemctl daemon-reload << seems to be the clue
systemctl restart graylog-server.service

Hello.

After applying YUM update I restarted my Graylog service

systemctl restart graylog-server

and it still showed 4.2.0. I had to refresh my browser also.
Hope that helps
