Unable to edit Extractors

When choosing edit any extractor. im stuck in a loading screen.

when attempting to make a new extractor, clicking load message just hangs and does not present a message.

i can create and delete extractors, search streams, use graylog to do pretty much anything else with no issues…

i have looked through the server logs and im not finding anything helpful.

** using graylog3.3 and elasticsearch 6.x*
