How steps will be a right in my situation?

Hey @otherkot,

Step through the minor versions of each major, your path should be

5.1 → 5.2 → 5.3 → 6.0 → 6.1 → 6.2 → 6.3

Start each upgrade with the leader node and ensure the service is restarted and Graylog is functioning at each stage of the upgrade process.

Your Mognodb is compatible with all Graylog versions but you could consider updating to 8.0 at the point you have finished updating Graylog to 6.3.

Big thanks.

What about opensearch ? It also needs to be updated…

2.15 is also within capability, again once you’ve finished the update to the newest version of Graylog you could also update OS to 2.19.

You should also consider reviewing and migrating to Graylog Data Node while you updating the cluster.
