Is there a SMTP receiver configuration or option available? We have a door control system that can only send out logs automatically via SMTP. Any other log retrieval is through a web portal and comes as an export to CSV. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. The alarm system can send out logs via email (SMTP [Simple Mail Transport Protocol]) and I was wondering if there was a way to have Graylog receive those emails and parse the information from them and collect and collate.

No it does not.
There are some command line tools that can download mail into folders etc and then you could probably use a filebeat to read from that, but it’s not going to be pretty.
