If there are any logs in five 5 minutes, but you couldn’t see it, is probably problem with timestamps. Timestamps for messages are either in future, or in past. Check your messages timestamps saved in specific Inputs and compare timestamp.
Yes, timestamp issue is the most popular root cause for this.
Check ALL messages of this Input(not just 5 mins) to find out where are these bustards.
