Search relative time behavior in dashboard widget

Hello,

We have a widget that we want to update the Search Relative Time to 7day(604800s). If we change the value to 0 or 604800(7 days), the widget returns N/A. However, if we make the value less than 7days(5 days for example), the widget works as expected.

We do have our ES index retention set for 7 days. Does this retention limit have an effect on the Search relative time behavior in the widget?
