My graylog install has quit working. I am getting “Error message
Request has been terminated Possible causes: the network is offline, Origin is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin, the page is being unloaded, etc.” on the webui and server.log is recording

both events does not make the same problem.
the error from the UI means that something with your external_uri is not set correct.
The extractor error means you have created a converter for a specific timestamp - but the given does not match this specific ones.
