how could we help when the reason for your problem is printed and you are the only person that is able to check why the server is not responding.

Thanks for the response, what Info do I need to provide in order to make things easier ?
is your graylog server running? What does the logfile tell you of that system? What Graylog version did you use?

Issue is now resolved, I has to add below exception on the browser
