Running Graylog v5.2.5, I have the problem that “regular” users can share their dashboards only with “everyone”, not with specific users of their choice.
This despite having enabled “share with everyone” AND “share with users” options in the configuration page.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I think your “regular” users are missing the users:read permission.
This is required in order to enumerate potential grantees.

I suggest that you include this as a “tip” in the configuration page where one selects “share with users”. It will save many customers (and your customer support) some time.
