Login web page is blank

I’ve setup a number of Graylog servers on Ubuntu. Today I brought up the my first Graylog server on CentOS. When I access the Graylog website, my browser shows the “Graylog Web Interface” web page title, but the web page itself is empty.

When I open a telnet prompt to port 9000 on the Graylog server and enter “GET / HTTP/1.0”, the server returns the HTML source code for the web page (see HTML Source Code below).

When running the Developer Tools inside of the Chrome browser, the following errors occur:

Any assistance in correcting this issue is greatly appreciated.

  • how did you exactly installed Graylog?
  • What is the content of your Graylog server.log?

with the given information it is not really possible to assist you.

I installed Graylog using the CentOS installation guide in the Docs portion of the Graylog website (http://docs.graylog.org/en/2.4/pages/installation/os/centos.html)

The contents of the server.log are below. (My apologies for having to upload it as images. Your website policies restricting new users to two links in a post prevented me from uploading as text. Your policy limiting new users to only one image in a post will require me to upload in five posts. Sorry.):

Hi Jan,

Thank you very much for helping.

I installed Graylog using the CentOS installation guide in the Docs
portion of the Graylog website
(http://docs.graylog.org/en/2.4/pages/installation/os/centos.html)

I’ve attached the server log to this email.

Thanks again,

Mike
