Increase Max Size of full_message on GELF

Hey there, the dev teams uses graylog for log gathering, we use GELF UDP as input, they asked about increasing the size of full_message, but I could not find any new information about this, on some old posts (2016) I saw about Lucene size limitation, today on 4.1.2 version, this limitation is still the same?
Is there a way to make this field larger?
