Http request ok but message not in console

Hi everyone,
Making http requests the result is ok but the messages are not seen on the console.
If we send traffic to the other node of the cluster, no problem.
time of machine, gl server and user are the same, elastic is ok and also mongodb with the replicaset.

You know how I can solve.

Resolved,
it was just the corrupt journal.
Canceled and fixed.
