Hi is there any document available which explains how to add custom beats(my own beats) to collector sidecar backends

The new collector sidecar which is supported by Graylog 3.0.0 will allow adding your own collectors, e. g. custom beats.
If you want to modify the existing Collector Sidecar (which is compatible with Graylog 2.x), you’ll find the source code at https://github.com/Graylog2/collector-sidecar.

No, there’s no development documentation. You’ll have to study the code itself.
When it’s done, but probably sometime in 2018.
