First, I have not worked with AWS containers, etc… But a log shipper would work. What kind of log shipper would depend on what you want, and what its will be installed on.
Isnt there any other way without using a shipper?
No, a shipper is required. Either the log source itself must send the log (e.g. syslog) or a shipper must be used (e.g. beats). I’ve not tested this, but it looks like filebeat has an S3 input: AWS S3 input | Filebeat Reference [8.3] | Elastic
