When I delete a server with sidecars configured, I want to delete inactive sidecars in the graylog, but there is no option to delete them. How can I delete inactive sidecars

it looks like you still have a configuration attached to that node.
However, after I deleted the server, this node was still not automatically removed, and there was no delete button
