i want to get the alerts coming in sublime security to graylog, how to do that.

Graylog can ingest a variety of formats. You will need to create an action in Sublime to generate and send the desired data to GL. It is up to you to pick the log format that best suits your needs.
You can ingest arbitrary data using a raw/plaintext input.
