I want to send logs to almost 750 clients windows by helping winlogbeat and sidecar at Graylog server .
But my question : What hardware is necessery for Graylog server?
CPU+ RAM + DISK + LAN CARD …

I unfortunately am not able to provide you anything especially useful. For help with scaling you may have more luck if you reach out to Graylog enterprise support (if you’re a paid enterprise user). It’s going to depend a lot on what logging level you intend to send, especially because at debug and informational levels Microsoft is notoriously chatty.
