1. Describe your incident:
I am running Graylog 5.x and sidecar 15. I configured collector with winlogbeat and did configuration part as well.
In my configuration I have my ip address as ip:9000.
In the overview the status was showing Running and then I clicked on Show messages and nothing was showing in the logs.
I have a input with Beats that is running on port 5045. I changed the configuration in sidecars to ip:5045 and then in the overview the status was Falling. I changed it back to 9000 and update the config but its still failing. I removed the assigned confiugration and put it back but same issue.
On server side and on the client log I see the below error.
Could not start service: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
I even restarted the graylog service and still the same issue.

3. What steps have you already taken to try and solve the problem?
I removed the config and assigned it again. I restarted the graylog service as well.
