Graylog not showing logs eariler month

1. Describe your incident:
We have an issue with Graylog. Before the earlier month, we received logs, but now when we search for logs, for example, for the previous month of May 2024, it shows empty. Even when we try to download the logs for this month, it takes too much time. It shows that it is downloading more GBs, but after downloading the .csv file, we are unable to open it.

Why are the logs from the previous month suddenly not showing on Graylog, and why is the log downloading process very slow?
