GrayLog is showing a 500 error

So I am at a loss on how to fix this issue using GrayLog 2.5 and would like to get this fixed so I can set GrayLog 3.0 anyone using Microsoft Teams want to help?

Is there anything in your server log file? Error 500 is pretty generic so you’ll need some more detail to diagnose the problem.

Encountered the same problem, is it solved?

No not well versed in how it all works so I don’t know the steps to trouble shoot
