Search Status code 5000

Hello, All. I am new to Greylog. We have recently installed Greylog in one our environments. I see following error in event log, even though Greylog URL is accessible.
Error Message: This issue seems to be intermittent.
Unable to fulfill search request: cannot GET http://xxxxxx/api/search/universal/relative?query=*&range=300&filter=streams%3A58d42aa866f529d1d20a4dcb&limit=150&sort=timestamp%3Adesc (500)
Search status code:
500

Please advice.
