Getting error when searchin logs

Hi all,

I have install graylog , to gather syslog from windows computer.
Now, I am getting this error : cannot GET http://serverip:9000/api/search/universal/relative?query=gl2_source_input%3A5bb9e25daeb71d062cbb02e4&range=0&limit=150&sort=timestamp%3Adesc (500)

what should I need to do ?

You should describe what you have done, what the error is. What the overall Status of your installation is.
Also what Graylog Version did you use and if you checked the logs of all components.
