I’m trying to get a hold of someone who can help me with possibly getting an Enterprise Support Contract going and I’ve tried the web interface form twice now with no response and was about to do it a third time but reminded myself of the definition of insanity.
So, how does one actually go about talking to someone - do I just give Lennart Koopmann a call at home one night? “Hey Lennart, how you doing - great - love the Gorilla Party man, but hey - wanted to talk to you about something…”
I don’t see that process being suggested at Graylog.com so maybe someone can tell me what the right way to go about this is.
I used the form yesterday and heard back promptly from Taylor. I would make sure the emails are not being sent to spam and that your browser isn’t blocking something on the site with an add-on like ghostery or ublock.
My colleagues, who receive the inquiries from the sales contact form on graylog.com, usually reply within 1 or 2 business days.
Please check the spam folder of your email account, maybe the response mail was misclassified by accident. You can also write directly to sales@graylog.com to contact us regarding a support contract.
I’ve also pinged my colleagues to check if they received and replies to your inquiry.
Thanks guys, you were right - it got filtered by our mail servers but I will send you an email directly Taylor - thanks! Apologies! I’m sure Lennart feels better.
