Everythig show ok, but messages received do not go to opensearch index, i see In but 0 out

3. What steps have you already taken to try and solve the problem?
I have tried to restart mongodb, opensearch and graylog service. Upgrade graylog from 6.0 to 6.2.3. Performed maintenance cleanup on indeces
