Graylog asking password even if user is present

Users created in ldap with CN ask passwords after giving passwords it doesnt work even user is present in Graylog.

3. What steps have you already taken to try and solve the problem?
We have created sidecar to synchronize users from OpenLDAP to graylog
Users created in ldap with UID works well it didnot ask for password while accessing graylog, but Users created in ldap with CN ask passwords after giving passwords it doesnt work even user is present in Graylog.

Can someone tell me how users present in ldap should work with graylog.

Not sure Graylog-Sidecar is able to sync users from LDAP to Graylog. I believe its used control log shippers on devices to send logs/messages.

Not sure how you setup or configuration Graylog sidecar, but I used the default user as shown below.

Then I created a token for my sidecar
