Graylog alerts not working

Hello,
We have Graylog version 2.4
We are trying to configure an alert based on power-supply failure for Juniper devices, we created the following alert config:
Alerting on stream All messages
Configuration: Alert is triggered when messages matching <trap: “Power Supply failed”> are received. Grace period: 0 minutes. Not including any messages in alert notification. Configured to not repeat notifications.

We see logs getting in with power supply failed:

Power Supply failed

But the Graylog doesn’t generate an alert.

if you do not repeat notifications and you never have a non matching alert search you will not get a new notification.
